Where AI Fox implements AI systems, automations, voice agents, chatbots, CRM workflows, or similar tools for a client, the client remains responsible for its own business operations, customer relationships, legal compliance, privacy notices, cookie notices, call recording notices, marketing consents, and use of the implemented systems, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
